Read carefully, supply the requested information, keep a copy for yourselves, and mail the originals, along with your registration fee made payable to Southside Co-op. Registration forms and registration fees for classes should be sent to:
Additionally, to continue the highest standard for excellence, Southside will require two letters of recommendation for any new students submitting applications. One letter should be from an adult who knows your child through religious affiliation, and the other should be from an adult who knows your child through academic affiliation (i.e., previous teacher). The registration fees for Southside for the 2008-2009 school year are $85 for the first family member and $50 for each additional family member. The fees are non refundable. The fees are used to pay rent to the church, insurance, and other established operating expenses for the cooperative. Registration after June 30 will be $105 for the first family member and $50 for any other family members.
